Founded in 1993, Junnell is a niche house builder of superior bespoke-designed homes on pocket sites throughout central south-east England.

Led by Edward Elliott and Jonathan Bingham, the company focuses on boutique-style developments built to high specifications.

Their ethos is to produce homes that exceed the standards of commercially built housing. Edward and Jonathan personally manage every project, spending considerable time on architecture, space planning, and interior design.

Edward Elliott Managing Director ed@junnell.co.uk As Managing Director, Edward takes responsibility for most of the strategic decisions including land acquisition, funding and sales. He also heads up the creative team, working closely with architects, interior designers and other specialist consultants.

Edward has a keen sense of adventure, participating in off-piste skiing, boating and water sports for many years. He has a Spanish wife and two young daughters and has acquired a love of all things Spanish; Edward enjoys exploring the country and its culture and gastronomy.

Jonathan Bingham
BSc Civil Eng Construction Director jonathan@junnell.co.uk As Construction Director, Jonathan transforms drawing board concepts into reality. He is responsible for technical design, procurement and construction and delivers every development to the high standard that is synonymous with Junnell. Jonathan’s meticulous attention to detail is evident in the finish of all our properties.

Jonathan is an active sportsman and a proficient ski mountaineer. He enjoys windsurfing and surfing when conditions allow. Cycling is a recent interest, and he’s participated in a number of endurance cycling events over the past few seasons.

Tim Ash Land Buyer tim@junnell.co.uk As Land Buyer, Tim looks into land opportunities on behalf of the company. His role includes assessing viability, work on planning matters, market intelligence and undertaking due diligence. He brings to his role a breadth of knowledge in agency from an early career in the mid-to-prime end of the market both in London and West Sussex. His practical experience is backed up by an Honours degree in Land Management from the University of Reading.

Tim loves all things country; mountain biking and trail running on The Downs throughout the year and shooting in the winter. Week nights, he keeps fit by regularly playing football and rugby locally, enjoying the competitive spirit and camaraderie of team sports.
