Our office is in an attractive Grade II listed building in the centre of the historic city of Chichester.

Ed takes responsibility for most of the strategic decisions, including land acquisition, funding and sales. He also heads up the creative team, working closely with architects, interior designers and other specialist consultants.

Ed has a keen sense of adventure, and has long-standing enthusiasms for off-piste skiing, boating and water sports. He keeps fit by hiking, biking and trail running. His daughters are now old enough to join in fully, and they share a love of the great outdoors and being immersed in nature.

Jon transforms drawing-board concepts into reality. He’s responsible for technical design, procurement and construction, and delivers every development to the high standard that is synonymous with Junnell. Jon’s meticulous attention to detail is evident in the finish of every one our properties.

An active sportsman and a skilled ski mountaineer, windsurfer and surfer, Jon’s latest interest is paragliding. Now a qualified pilot, he flies not only locally in the South Downs, but also in the Alps.
