We acquire land with or without planning consent. If your circumstances allow you to wait for consent, Junnell has the resources and experience to help you achieve the best outcome. There are very significant costs associated with taking an opportunity through the planning system and this is not without its risks. We can protect sellers from financial risk by funding these costs.

Sometimes, landowners choose not to wait for planning consent. We have encountered this on a number of occasions and were still able to acquire their land, on an unconditional basis, prior to consent being granted.
